I started with 2 days a week w my trainer: core/lower and core/upper. Wow, that's a big difference in just 8 weeks! Highly inspiring and your body is looking great for it! You need to be very motivated and determined if you want to see results but you are proof that the hard work definitely pays off! Back to the gym and the seafood diet for me again tomorrow! All that did was motivate me more to cut. While I don’t adhere to a specific diet, I do count my macros and while doing a transformation challenge will plan meals around my macros and log using the my fitness pal app. It grew back though!
