The yoke/harness is a lot more comfortable and the kit as a whole feels nicer. One thing I do like about the kitpimp is the addition of the map flap on the commander pouch and the compass/first aid on the double rifle pouch. Unlike the old PLCE the pouches are sewn directly onto a wide hippo belt, so it eliminates quite a few things such as slop/flop, bulk and weight that you’d get with molle style webbing but it also allows the pouches to mount much tighter and firmly together whereas modular pouches have that little bit of extra edging material that takes up Tailored webbing like JayJays and Kitpimp offer.
